We are looking for a dynamic Senior Director to lead our team, driving operations, business growth, and client relationships across road, highway and bridge projects in the region.

• Lead Operations: Oversee the successful execution of transportation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Drive Business Growth: Expand Parsons’ presence, leveraging key accounts and identifying new opportunities with PennDOT, SEPTA, and other local agencies.

  Build strong relationships across business lines, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment with client goals.
• Mentor and Develop Talent: Guide and support a high‑performing team of engineers and project managers, fostering a culture of innovation and professional growth.
• Achieve Operational Excellence: Manage P&L responsibilities, including meeting or exceeding sales, operating profit, margin, and DSO targets.
• Be a Seller/Doer: Balance business development and project management responsibilities, actively participating in proposals, client presentations, and project delivery.
• Innovate Solutions: Champion creative approaches to solving complex infrastructure challenges, ensuring Parsons remains a trusted partner in the region.

• 4‑year degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical/business field
• 20+ years of experience managing diverse infrastructure projects, with a proven track record on large‑scale PennDOT projects
• PE license in Pennsylvania
• Strong leadership with experience mentoring teams and fostering collaboration
• Background in roadway/highway, bridge, or traffic design
• Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Experience meeting operational business goals and strategizing on market development, including P&L ownership
• Professional network and ability to attract top talent
