Sky Bridge Luxury & Associates is partnering with a distinguished luxury senior living community located in Haverford, Pennsylvania, within Philadelphia's prestigious Main Line
, to identify an experienced Executive Director.

Position Overview

The Executive Director will serve as the senior leader of the community, with full responsibility for resident experience, organizational culture, operational performance, financial results, occupancy growth, and regulatory compliance.

This leader will create a refined, hospitality-driven environment where residents feel known, respected, safe, and genuinely  successful candidate will combine the warmth and service instincts of luxury hospitality with the accountability, regulatory knowledge, and operational discipline required to lead a high-performing senior living community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Resident Experience
  • Create a personalized, service-focused culture centered on resident dignity, choice, wellness, independence, and quality of life.
  • Maintain a highly visible presence throughout the community and develop trusted relationships with residents and families.
  • Establish and uphold service standards comparable to those found within luxury hotels, resorts, and private residential environments.
  • Ensure resident and family concerns are addressed promptly, thoughtfully, and professionally.
  • Provide executive oversight of dining, programming, wellness, transportation, housekeeping, maintenance, and other resident services.
Leadership and Culture
  • Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a highly engaged leadership team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, respect, communication, and genuine hospitality.
  • Establish clear expectations and ensure consistent execution across all departments.
  • Conduct regular leadership meetings and maintain strong communication throughout the community.
  • Develop succession plans and support the continued professional growth of community leaders.
  • Recognize and celebrate employees who demonstrate exceptional service and commitment to residents.
Operations and Financial Performance
  • Provide executive oversight of community operations, including independent living, personal care, assisted living, memory care, and other applicable service areas.
  • Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
  • Monitor revenue, labor, expenses, occupancy, resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and other key performance indicators.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency without compromising care, safety, or service quality.
  • Ensure residences, common areas, amenities, and grounds are maintained to luxury standards.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of community performance and communicate results clearly to ownership and organizational leadership.
Sales and Community Engagement
  • Partner closely with sales and marketing leadership to achieve occupancy and revenue objectives.
  • Participate in prospective resident meetings, community tours, events, and key closing conversations.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, referral partners, local organizations, and community leaders.
  • Serve as a polished ambassador for the community and strengthen its reputation within the market.
  • Monitor local competition, market conditions, and evolving consumer expectations.
Quality, Safety, and Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including Pennsylvania requirements governing the community’s licensed services.
  • Maintain continuous readiness for inspections, audits, surveys, and licensing reviews.
  • Oversee emergency preparedness, infection prevention, risk management, workplace safety, and resident safety initiatives.
  • Partner closely with clinical leadership to support quality outcomes and appropriate service delivery.
  • Ensure policies, procedures, documentation, employee training, and reporting requirements remain current and consistently followed.
Candidate Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
