Project Manager II – Treasury Management Service, Implementations

• Manage projects from original concept through final implementation and post-project assessment
• Meet project objectives within established time frames
• Plan, oversee, and communicate across multiple segments for single projects or portfolios
• Manage and allocate resources and organize work
• Draft and submit project budget proposals and recommend budget changes
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
• Partner with internal project liaisons to acquire human and material resources
• Assign tasks, direct activities, and control project execution
• Motivate and supervise project team members
• Track and report progress, analyze results, define project products, and forecast future trends
• Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
• Maintain communications for governing bodies and interested parties
• Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly and timely
• Apply customer-focused decision-making and manage risks under PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework

• Treasury Management Project management experience
• University/college degree typically required for roles at this level
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
• Knowledge, skills, and abilities appropriate for the role
• No required certifications
• No required licenses
• No required or preferred language assessments
• Must not require employment visa sponsorship; PNC will not participate in STEM OPT

Demonstrates expertise in project management, including planning, execution, and resource allocation, while effectively communicating with stakeholders and managing project risks. Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects within established time frames and budgets.
