CNC Programming Manufacturing Engineer I
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (On-site | Direct Hire)
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 + Full Benefits
Join a Team Where Precision Meets InnovationWe're looking for a hands‑on CNC Programming Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations and drive efficiency in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, programming, and improving processes while working closely with production teams.
What You’ll Do- Develop and maintain CNC programs for shop floor operations
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to program precision parts
- Utilize Mastercam and CREO to build models and toolpaths
- Support production by optimizing processes for quality, efficiency, and cost control
- Maintain accurate programs, routings, and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers on design and engineering questions
- Assist with quoting new jobs, tooling, and production setup
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations
- 3+ years of CNC machining/programming experience
- Strong knowledge of G-code and blueprint reading
- Experience with CAM software (Mastercam preferred)
- Familiarity with Fanuc or Mazak controls
- Associate's Degree or higher in Manufacturing, Engineering or similar field
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a production‑driven environment
- Stable, direct‑hire opportunity with consistent hours
