What You'll Do

* Move structural steel and materials across the yard and shop

* Load/unload trucks using forklifts, cranes, and equipment

* Organize, tag, and track materials for production

* Support machine operators by staging materials and keeping workflows moving

* Perform basic equipment checks and keep operations running smoothly

* Experience in warehouse, construction, or hands-on work

* Comfort with physical work (lifting, moving, working outdoors)

* Ability to work independently on 2nd shift while staying aligned with the team

* Strong awareness of production flow and how to support machine operators

* Safety-first mindset and strong work ethic

* Willingness to learn equipment and grow your skills
