Lead Person II

Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality targets are met

Serve as a point of contact for frontline employees, providing direction, coaching, and support

Monitor equipment and processes, addressing issues proactively to minimize downtime

Promote and enforce safety policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate with supervisors and maintenance teams to optimize workflow and performance

• Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to guide and motivate teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound operational decisions
• Effective communication skills with a focus on teamwork and accountability
• Working knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety practices
• Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize multiple responsibilities

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $24-$27 per hour
