Assembler - Second Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety, making it an integral component of our overall manufacturing operations.

• Assemble and package various products in accordance with established procedures and quality standards
• Perform rework and inspection on products to ensure compliance with quality requirements
• Provide backup support for higher-level positions as needed
• Maintain awareness of quality standards and identify defects in products
• Record and maintain accurate data related to product quality and traceability
• Keep work areas clean and organized as required
• Complete all associated paperwork accurately and in a timely manner

• Entry-level math skills, including adding and subtracting
• Basic reading skills
• Good hand‑eye coordination and strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced and changing situations
• Sound judgment with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
• Demonstrated adaptability and ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Basic knowledge of computer applications

• Minimum of 1 year of general work experience required
• 3 to 6 months of assembly experience preferred
• Prior experience in medical device manufacturing is a plus

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
