AboutThe Role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented person that can read and comprehend work instructions, follow established procedures, collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process, label feeders to be loaded onto pick and place, and load pick and place feeders following established procedures.
EssentialJob Duties /Functions
- Read and comprehend work instructions and follow established procedures.
- Collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process.
- Label feeders to be loaded onto pick and place.
- Load pick and place feeders following established procedures.
- Set up and operate MPM paste machines.
- Set up and operate pick and place machines.
- Check output to ensure the highest quality.
- Maintain equipment in good condition.
- Keep records of production quantities and time.
- Notify the supervisor immediately of any defects, equipment malfunctions or other issues.
- Complete assigned jobs per established budget.
- Properly use tools and fixtures to prevent part damage/scrap and production down time.
- Follow 5S procedures.
- Other job‑related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work second shift (2:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
- Skilled with Windows PC & Software.
- Able to obtain IPC‑610‑001 Certification.
- 2 years’ experience in related industry or occupation.
- Previous experience in electronics manufacturing.
- Knowledge of SMT terminology and component types, quality or SMT background.
- Knowledge of ESD.
- Excel & Word basics.
- Ability to recognize and categorize defect types.
- Ability to comprehend documentation such as customer drawings, bill of materials, datasheets, etc.

Typical working conditions include indoor, safe, well lit, temperature‑controlled environments, with low exposure to noxious fumes or offensive odors. Production areas feature machinery with moving parts. Static dissipative smock and shoes are required. Offices have locking doors, meeting rooms, and common printing areas and are well lit, clean, low‑noise, and temperature controlled with no exposure to noxious fumes or offensive odors.
