SFS Group USA Inc is looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our team on 2nd shift in the Ecoat Department in Exeter Township, Reading PA.
Objectives:
Efficiently and productively operate the E‑coat and Weigh‑pack machine to SFS standard of operation.
Principal Duties:
- Power up, operate, and shut down the packaging machine.
- Identify materials to process work orders.
- Calibrate piece count scale of raw material.
- Calibrate and operate finishing scale to exact quantity defined by work order.
- Understand and confirm work orders using the SAP system.
- Operate the Automatic Wrapper.
- Operate a forklift to move goods.
- Troubleshoot machine issues as required.
- Assist in training other employees.
- Perform weekly cleaning per schedule as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Be able to lift 50 pounds.
