Forklift Operator

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Material Handlers to join a growing food manufacturing and processing operation. In this role, you will be responsible for moving, staging, loading, and unloading products while ensuring materials are accurately tracked and handled according to quality and safety standards.

• Load and unload products and materials safely and efficiently.
• Transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
• Verify product counts, labels, and documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with material tracking.
• Stage materials for production and shipping operations.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready.
• Assist production and warehouse teams as needed to meet customer demands.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working in a production environment and around industrial equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
