Job Summary
 The Shipping, Receiving & Production Assistant plays a vital role in keeping our production floor and fulfillment operations running smoothly. This position is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting daily production activities. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and takes pride in helping deliver high-quality custom apparel on time.

 Responsibilities
 Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and garments
 Prepare and ship outgoing orders, including labeling and documentation
 Verify quantities and accuracy against packing slips and work orders
 Maintain organized and accurate inventory records and communication with team.
 Ensuring goods are ready for production by organizing and staging goods.
 Assist with packing, labeling, folding, and staging finished goods
 Perform basic quality control checks to ensure products meet standards
 Provide hands-on support in production departments, including:
 Assisting with running print jobs by catching garments and keeping jobs organized.
 Supporting heat press operations and garment finishing when needed
 Helping move jobs efficiently between departments
 Learning and following standard production workflows
 Follow company safety standards and 5S workplace practices
 Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items
 Update inventory and order management systems
 Maintain a clean, efficient, and professional work environment

 Qualifications
 Previous experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, or manufacturing preferred
 Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
 Comfortable using inventory and order management systems
 Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
 Strong organizational and time-management skills
 Basic math and computer skills
 Ability to lift and move boxes and materials (up to 50 lbs)
 Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
 Comfortable working in an active production environment

 Work Environment
 This role operates in a fast-paced custom apparel production facility, where teamwork, efficiency, and attention to detail are essential. Employees regularly work alongside screen printing, embroidery, heat press, and fulfillment teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule.
