The Role:- Lead and develop a team of production employees
- Oversee production, quality, safety, KPIs and efficiency
- Identify and resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement
- Make quick decisions during breakdowns, quality issues and production changes
- Work closely with maintenance and other departments to keep operations running efficiently
- High-speed manufacturing background
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on approach with a focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement
- Experience with metal packaging or similar manufacturing is advantageous but not essential
