Social Media Marketing Intern (Part time, 10-15 hours/week)

About the Role
We're looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team! If you love storytelling, digital trends, and creating fun, engaging content, this role is perfect for you. You'll help shape our brand voice on social platforms and support a variety of marketing initiatives.
This is primarily a remote role, offering flexibility and independence in your day-to-day work. However, during the first few weeks, we ask that you be on-site in Reading, PA, to get acclimated, meet the team, and immerse yourself in our culture. After this initial period, the position transitions fully to remote with occasional visits as needed.
What You'll Do
- Create and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms
- Develop compelling content that supports the technical and professional nature of our commercial and residential work
- Research trends and brainstorm creative content ideas
- Track performance metrics and assist with reporting
- Support digital campaigns, email marketing, and website updates
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year relevant program
- Experience creating high-quality and professional content
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Familiarity with social platforms and content creation tools
- Creative, curious, and eager to learn
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Real-world experience producing digital content for an established brand.
- Portfolio-building opportunities across video, graphics, and campaigns.
- Mentorship from marketing and communications professionals.
- Exposure to digital strategy, analytics, and brand development.
- Potential for future part-time or full-time opportunities.
