CRM Email Production Specialist Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Email Production Specialist to join our client's team and help bring customer communications to life. This role sits at the intersection of CRM marketing, email production, and campaign operations, with responsibility for helping move campaigns from initial request through successful launch.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being the person who makes campaigns happen—partnering with stakeholders, managing production details, building emails, troubleshooting issues, coordinating QA, and ensuring communications are delivered accurately and on time.

You'll work hands-on with email campaigns, including personalization, dynamic content, audience configuration, testing, and deployment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, keeping projects moving, and owning the details that make a successful CRM campaign come together.

Responsibilities
  • Own the operational execution of CRM email campaigns from intake through deployment
  • Review campaign requests, validate requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage production timelines
  • Build responsive customer-facing emails usingdrag-and-drop editors, modular email builders, or similar tools
  • Configure campaigns, audiences, personalization, and dynamic content within email platforms
  • Make basic HTML/CSS updates and troubleshoot email production issues including formatting, links, buttons, colors, and rendering challenges
  • Support QA and UAT processes, including email testing and validation using tools such as Litmus or similar platforms
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather assets, resolve blockers, and keep campaigns moving forward
  • Maintain campaign documentation, status updates, and production tracking
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines
Required Skills
  • Hands-on experience with email production, campaign execution, or CRM marketing operations
  • Experience working within one or more email service providers (ESP) or CRM email platforms
  • Experience building emails using visual editors, or block-based builders, or other drag/drop email build tools
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and ability to make minor email customizations
  • Experience supporting email QA, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and proactively identify and resolve issues
Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience with platforms such as Acoustic, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Iterable, Braze, Blue Hornet, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar ESPs
  • Experience working with dynamic content, personalization, segmentation, and audience targeting
  • Experience with Knak, BEE/BeFree, or other modular email creation platforms
  • Familiarity with Litmus or similar email testing tools
  • Experience working in a ticket-based campaign production environment
Preferred

Education and Experience
  • 2-3+ years of experience in email production, CRM campaigns, marketing operations, or digital campaign execution
  • Experience supporting high-volume email campaigns in a fast-paced environment preferred
Other Requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing production challenges
  • Availability to commit to the contract timeline
  • Ability to work EST business hours- must be a U.S. residing candidate
