Position Overview:The Marketing and Product Data Specialist serves as the connection point between product information, digital marketing, and customer-facing content. The purpose of this role is to ensure Keystone’s product data is accurate, consistent, and compelling across platforms, while supporting marketing initiatives that improve visibility, strengthen distributor partnerships, and help customers clearly understand the value of Keystone’s safety and cleanroom solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage distributor web enrichment environments for key clients in accordance with client‑specific reporting requirements.
- Enhance and maintain product attributes, specifications, and images across different platforms.
- Generate marketing content across multiple platforms (Linked In, Google Ads, product brochures) to drive search engine optimization
- Create, update and improve product spec sheets for visual appeal, ease of use, and technical accuracy.
- Maintain Keystone’s digital interfaces (website, social media, blogs, etc.) and make updates or revisions where necessary.
- Support the adoption of an organization‑wide PIM/DAM initiative and partner with operational groups to maintain accuracy and formatting.
- Own the marketing strategy for both Keystone divisions. This includes developing, communicating, and maintaining strategies for a diverse product portfolio.
- Support Keystone’s successful participation in trade shows, including but not limited to pre‑show promotion, lead collection, and post‑show follow‑up.
- Conduct product training as a subject matter expert for new hires and strategic partners.
