• Constituency Organizer (CO) position for the Pennsylvania Coordinated Campaign 2026.
• Build and maintain relationships with coalition partners, community leaders, advocacy organizations, and constituency groups.
• Build grassroots support through door‑to‑door canvassing, phone banking, and other direct voter contact tactics.
• Recruit, manage, and train a diverse team of volunteers in designated turfs across Pennsylvania.
• Staff or attend events, including in‑person canvasses, phone banks, and community meetings.
• Help create a program that reflects the needs of local communities in your assigned organizing region.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

• Flexible, adaptable, and solutions‑oriented.
• Ability to track and report data in a timely, consistent, and accurate manner.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proven ability to create a motivating, inclusive, and accountable team culture.
• Fluency with NGP VAN and familiarity with modern data and digital organizing tools are a plus.
• Willingness and ability to work full‑time in a field office and travel within the assigned region.
• Work hours will vary from standard office hours and include weekends.
• Access to a reliable vehicle and cell phone.
