• Administering the nursing program to maintain standards of resident care/quality of care
• Advise clinical staff and department heads on matters related to nursing services
• Directs the planning, implementing, and evaluation of the nursing care for residents.

• Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (BSN preferred)
• Proven clinical experience (5 years) in Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care
• 3+ years’
  management experience in a long-term care setting
• Understanding of Clinical Federal/State SNF regulations
