As an LPN Wound Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents.

• Wound Care:
  Assess, diagnose, and treat wounds, including debridement, dressing changes, and wound cleaning
• Patient
  
  Education:
  
  Educate patients, families, and caregivers on wound care and preventive measures
• Collaboration:
  
  Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and outcomes
• Patient Advocacy:
  Advocate for patients' needs and concerns, ensuring their dignity and respect are maintained

• 1+ year of experience as an LPN/LVN
• Current LPN/LVN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
• Ability to work full-time schedule
• Excellent communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills
