Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full‑Time 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm with rotating weekends
Full‑time status qualifies for a $10,000.00 sign‑on bonus.
LPN Role/Responsibilities- Accountable for assigned nursing care activities on shift and promotes professional nursing practice under direction of Nurse Manager or DON.
- Facilitates medication administration in accordance with safe medication practices, including patient education.
- Responds to all crisis/emergency events to direct staff and ensure patient safety.
- Communicates patient treatment responses, emotional and behavioral changes, milieu dynamics, and other pertinent information.
- Administers medication under supervision of Charge RN.
- Contributes to ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff through safety rounds, patient flows, and milieu management techniques.

- Previous psychiatric nursing experience preferred but not required; on‑the‑job training and education provided.
