Nurse Manager

Job Summary

Lead nursing staff and daily operations of the nursing team in our inpatient psychiatric program for children and adolescents located in Malvern, PA.

• Ensure safety and well‑being of children in care.
• Act as liaison and communicate with psychiatric, medical, and treatment teams.
• Manage nursing activities to assure highest quality of services.
• Serve as resource to nursing personnel and direct‑care staff, ensuring comprehensive service provision and accurate documentation of care.
• Oversee development and ongoing management of the nursing schedule to maintain appropriate coverage while supporting fiscal accountability.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a valid RN license in Pennsylvania;
  Master’s preferred.
• Three years of nursing experience in a health care facility, preferably with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities and/or psychiatric illnesses; one year supervisory experience required.
• Proficiency with computer skills, Microsoft Office, data collecting and analyzing platforms.
• Excellent oral and written communication; outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi‑task.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Salary: $94,000 – $107,160 per year (based on education/experience).
• Full‑time day schedule with limited on‑call.
