• Adult Gerontological Acute Care NP

Certifications, Licenses, and Registration:

• Current Pennsylvania Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) license.
• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current National Board Certification as Nurse Practitioner in an appropriate specialty.
• Current Prescriptive Authority in PA.
• Current DEA.
• Current BLS.
