Christiana Care West Grove Hospital is seeking an experienced Inpatient RN for night shifts (7pm-7am) in a high-acuity micro-hospital setting. You will manage critically ill patients, including ventilated cases, while coordinating with Teams and Telemedicine for transfers.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Telemetry/ICU, current RN licensure in Pennsylvania, and BLS/ACLS. PALS preferred. Weekend coverage and holiday rotation are required for safe staffing.
