Description:

• This contract position is located in Reading, PA, with night shifts from Monday to Friday, 07:00pm to 07:30am.

• The role involves patient assessments, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and administering treatments.

• Provide specialized, compassionate care to patients recovering from medical challenges in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.

• CPR certification is mandatory.

• Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation or acute hospital setting is preferred.

• Ability to work night shifts, Monday to Friday.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Capability to educate patients and families on condition management.

• Competence in performing specialized nursing interventions.

Qualifications:

• RN diploma, ASN, or BSN required.

• One or more years of experience in a relevant setting preferred.

• ACLS certification preferred.

• Experience with complex patient care needs.

• Proficiency in using specialized medical equipment.

• Commitment to high safety standards.

• Ability to serve as a resource for staff.
