Position OverviewWe are seeking an adaptable, highly skilled Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment. The primary schedule will be Night Shifts (12 hours), with the flexibility to cover a Day Shift on occasion based on unit needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with facility protocols and standards
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, and administer medications/treatments
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams across shifts to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, primarily working nights with occasional day shift coverage as needed
- Experience:
Minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital RN experience (travel nursing experience highly preferred) - Licensure:
Active RN license in good standing (Compact/Multi-State license preferred) - Certifications:
- Active BLS (AHA certified required)
- Active ACLS (AHA certified)
- Flexibility:
Willingness to work predominantly nights with the ability to rotate to a day shift occasionally - Skills:
Strong clinical judgment, quick adaptability to new EMR systems and unit cultures, and excellent communication skills
