Registered Nurse First Shift, Unit Manager

As a Registered Nurse First Shift Unit Manager at Complete Care at Berkshire, you will oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility during the first shift. With a strong background in nursing and management, you will be expected to lead our nursing team to provide exceptional patient care and services.

About the Role: Registered Nurse First Shift Unit Manager:

• Leading a team of registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, and other support staff to ensure excellent patient care

• Coordinating patient admissions, discharges, and transfers

• Monitoring patient flow and throughput to ensure efficient care delivery

• Maintaining accurate and timely patient records

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
