Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN)

Philadelphia, PA Job Type: Part-time Compensation: $28/hr base rate + tips & commission | $45/hr guaranteed rate Schedule/Availability:
Must be available to work weekends, with another weekday available.

• Must be available to work during Clinic Operating Hours (as posted on website
  * subject to change). You will be scheduled 11 hours, working 10 hours after breaks. Must be able to work a minimum of 1 day per week but have the ability to flex to 2 and occasional a 3rd shift as needed. You must be able to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance.
• Ability to commute/cover other clinics:
  Reliably commute to home clinic location & periodically travel to other clinics to provide coverage as needed.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires long periods of Sitting & standing. Individuals are required to lift and move inventory and other clinic assets.

Job Summary

As part of the clinic team the Aesthetic Registered Nurse is a medical skincare professional who partners with their clinic team to provide clients’ excellence services with advanced medical-grade technologies and skin care product recommendations on their customized skin care journey. While other companies also specialize in injectables, hair removal and tattoo removal, we specialize in one thing - facials. Helping develop effective routines and customized plans for clients with compassion and high-energy.

RN’s should be ready to join a hard-working & high volume medical-grade skin care clinic.

Registered Nurse (RN): 1 year Required license or certification:
Registered Nurse (RN)

Current State Nursing License

BLS

• 2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service preferred.
• Current RN State License. Basic Life Support Certification is required through an accredited association.
• Clinically competent, professional, compassionate, functions well with the team, and able to provide safe and therapeutic services.
• Customer service is our #1 priority, must have exceptional communication skills and be capable of problem-solving.
• Must have an outgoing personality yet calming presence, making clients comfortable.
• Attentive, able to listen and read customers to ensure high Skin Laundry standards are always met.
• Attention to detail in following company protocol and goal oriented.
• Must prioritize client safety and customer service and be able to make clinical decisions, knowing when to ask for assistance.

• Present & promote customized no-downtime laser facials best suited for current and perspective clients’ personal skincare needs and are safe and effective for all skin types.
