Position: Wipes Team Lead (B-Crew)
We are seeking a

**** Purpose and role of job:
** Responsible for overseeing that all team members are assigned and performing their specific job duties in a safe, competent, efficient, and productive manner. Also coordinates with Supervisor, team members, and all support departments to ensure completion of daily tasks and team goals and expectations.
** Principal Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:
** Assists with minor administrative tasks (i.e. providing input for employee reviews).Performs other duties as necessary when directed to do so.

* Education and experience requirements:

** Completion of 3 Leadership Training Courses as required by the Pay-for-Skills Program. Must exhibit good leadership ability in challenging situations.
