Inspect and test purchased materials in accordance with established inspection procedures and engineering documentation;
Perform electrical, mechanical, and visual inspections using various test equipment and measurement tools;
Accurately document inspection results on QA reporting forms (Inspection Checklists, First Article VTIR forms);
Generate Material Rejection Notices for non-conforming material and process material transactions in SAP;
Conduct First Article Inspections on new custom parts prior to production release
