Materion is seeking a Production Quality Assurance Specialist to partner with the Operations team in Leesport, PA. You will perform equipment start-up inspections and ongoing quality checks to ensure high-quality products reach customers.
You will record deviations, escalate issues, and participate in quality audits and process improvements throughout production. The shift is 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with rotating days/work patterns.
