Price Rite - - Responsibilities:
Direct, develop and manage store staff to protect company assets, maintain store conditions and presentation, maximizing sales and gross profits;
Maintain sanitation, merchandising, payroll, record keeping and compliance with Company, State and Federal policies, rules, procedures, regulations and laws;
Establish and maintain a working relationship with Price Rite Staff, Vendors and Wakefern Staff;
Recruit, develop, train and counsel employees; promote a team culture that is engaged, productive and compliant;
Ensure proper usage of supplies and equipment, and monitor store conditions daily
