Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder)

Pay range: $15.00/hr to $17.00/hr

We are looking for a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to lead the way today and step into greater roles tomorrow. Complete the initial 5‑week paid training program and earn a $0.50 raise, transitioning to Lead Pawnbroker upon completion. Structured leadership training and a 6‑month program prepare you for an Assistant Manager position, giving you the foundation to run your own store.

• Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers, promoting sales and making deals for a wide variety of pawn items.
• Help create a positive customer experience, leading and influencing team members through coaching and hands‑on involvement.
• Process loans and extensions.
• Come to jointly satisfactory terms for items to be pawned.
• Perform opening and closing store procedures.
• Supervise and coach store team members.

• Engaging personality, solid leadership, strong negotiation talents, and the ability to read and manage customer needs.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with excellent judgment, strong time‑management, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build ongoing customer relationships.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience (key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager).
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics (plus).
• Sales background (plus).
• Bilingual (plus).
