Essential Functions

Manage store operations: work effectively with store management and store crews; supervise the crew through assigning, directing, and following up of all activities; and communicate information both to and from store management and crews.

Customer Service: assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints; promote a customer service culture; handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy; maintain customer/patient confidentiality.

Merchandise/Presentation: price merchandise; stock shelves; execute displays, signage, and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise; maintain off‑shelf displays; reset departments following POGs.

Qualifications

Deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills.
Advanced communication and supervision skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts; willingness to work overtime and respond to urgent store issues.
Preferred: experience as a retail supervisor.
Education:

high school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).

Pay Range

Part‑time position; up to approximately 29 hours per week. Pay range: $16.50 – $24.00 per hour, dependent on experience, education, geography, and other factors.
