• Prepare items for the salad bar – cut fruit, set up, and keep all items stocked and fresh.
• Execute all food safety requirements for the salad bar.
• At the start of each shift, review the work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and comply with personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Receive, store, and stock items.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools and equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must read, write, communicate, and understand in order to complete job duties and comply with company policies and safety regulations.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, and the physical base scores for this position.
• Must meet company performance standards, including regular attendance.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used for this job.
• Must perform all job functions safely.
• Must agree to wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes approved for this job.

• Shift hours: 4‑hour shifts or longer, depending on business needs.
• Job cycles: continual.
• Lift/carry: up to 25 lbs.
• Stand 55 %, sit 0 %, walk 45 %.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 35 lbs.
• Maximum pull static: 20 lbs.

• Team members must understand company policy and procedures as promulgated in the policy and procedure manual and the team member handbook.
