Racquet Sports Front Desk Staff

Temporary Employee – Non‑Exempt

This position provides operational support to safely and efficiently manage the day‑to‑day operations of Penn Racquet Sports facilities.

• Respond to inquiries about memberships, private lessons, clinics, programs, junior clinics, and summer camp.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Assist members with navigating and utilizing the facility’s app.
• Greet customers warmly and create a positive first impression.
• Continuously provide excellent customer service to address member needs and questions.
• Manage reservations for tennis courts, ensuring an organized schedule.
• Efficiently check in both visitors and members.
• Handle administrative tasks, such as data entry and record keeping.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures for the facility.
• Ensure a welcoming and organized front desk area.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with tennis, squash and sports facilities is beneficial.
