Outside Sales Representative (B2B / Rental). Market Sales Leaders empower sales force productivity by coaching Outside Sales Representatives and Strategic Account Managers. They identify current and upcoming jobsites, distinguish key customers, and cultivate relationships with decision makers such as Project Managers and Executives. Strategic leaders develop effective market approaches to maximize revenue.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of proven sales experience
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving history
• Knowledge of construction phases, equipment applications, features, benefits, operation and specification
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals
• Ability to build a territory and grow market share
• Commitment to safety

Total compensation includes base pay, a company vehicle, and a robust commission plan. Starting rate varies based on position, location, education, training, and experience.
