- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and pursue new business opportunities
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Conduct in-person visits with end users, distributors, and engineering firms
- Provide product training and technical support
- Launch and promote new products
- Stay on top of market trends and customer feedback, sharing insights with internal teams
- Utilize CRM tools to track activity and manage pipeline
- Leverage digital platforms and social media to identify and engage prospects
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of outside sales experience—or an equivalent combination
- Must reside within the Northeast Territory Required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfortable with regional travel up to 80%
- Experience in the telecom or power utility industry preferred
- Proven ability to close new business and manage sales cycles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self‑motivated and proactive
- Familiarity with distribution channels and CRM systems is a plus
Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary incentive bonus as determined by incentive program guidelines, position eligibility and Senior Management approval.
