Founded in 2014 and recently rebranded, we are expanding our footprint aggressively — and Philadelphia is our next major market.
AboutThe Role
We are looking for a driven, high-energy Field Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in Philadelphia, PA. This is NOT a desk job. You will be on the ground every day — scouting new screen locations, building relationships with venue owners, selling advertising, and growing our network in one of America's most exciting cities.

What You Will Do- Location Development
- Scout and identify new locations across Philadelphia for outdoor urban panels and digital screens
- Approach and negotiate contracts with building owners, landlords, gyms, cafes, restaurants, retail stores, and other high-traffic venues
- Secure agreements for new screen placements — both indoor and outdoor
- Identify existing screens owned by third parties
- Onboard those screens into our proprietary system and make them operational
- Manage the full onboarding process from initial contact to activation
- Sell advertising space across our screen network
- Territory for ad sales is nationwide — not limited to Philadelphia
- Build and maintain relationships with local and national advertisers and agencies
- Represent our brand in the Philadelphia market
- Identify new business opportunities and report insights back to leadership
- Work closely with our Chief Product Officer who will provide onboarding training and ongoing support
The base salary for this role is $3,000 per month, negotiable based on experience. On top of the base, the role comes with a 4-part uncapped commission structure — earning opportunities across finding and securing new outdoor urban panel locations, finding and securing new indoor screen locations, onboarding third-party screens into our proprietary system, and selling advertising across our screen network nationwide.
Gas and parking are fully reimbursed. With strong commission performance, total monthly earnings can realistically reach $7,000 or more per month — the harder you work, the more you earn.
- 3–7+ years in sales, business development, or field sales
- Middle to Senior level — we already have a junior on the team
- Industry background in media or advertising is a PLUS but NOT required
- Pure sales hunters welcome — if you can sell, we will train you on the rest
- Based in or willing to work field in Philadelphia, PA
- Valid US Driver's License
- Own a car — you will be driving around the city daily
- Ability to work independently in the field without supervision
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
