Overview

Territory Manager, Residential Construction – Pittsburgh – Field Based Territory – Western Pennsylvania & Western part of West Virginia. Must reside within the assigned territory. The role is remote within the designated area and is part of the Field Sales & Operations team.

As a Territory Manager, you will work closely with The Home Depot and Lowe's Pro ecosystems to enhance lead conversion opportunities and expand trade partnerships within residential construction and Home Services sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure accountability across the territory.
  • Offer training support on end‑user sales and product knowledge.
  • Identify, initiate, and build relationships with top national and large regional end users.
  • Collaborate with key out‑side and inside sales representatives at Lowe’s and THD to train and assist in selling to targeted end users.
  • Form strategic partnerships with national associations, leveraging key retailers, implementing targeted promotions and other programs to enhance sales.
  • Serve as the team expert for a dedicated trade vertical and become the go‑to resource for end‑user landscape and product use cases.
  • Identify and engage large residential jobsites in the region, building relationships for product seeding, research and other initiatives.
  • Plan and execute large PRO events in collaboration with Lowe’s and THD.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related field (or equivalent construction field experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or marketing for construction supplies with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem‑solving, verbal and written communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
