Position Summary:
World Wide Land Transfer (WWLT) is seeking a high-impact National Sales Executive to drive strategic revenue growth across national lending and institutional channels.
This executive-level producer will originate and expand relationships within one or more national verticals, including:
- Centralized refinance platforms
- Distributed retail origination networks
- Mortgage servicing organizations
- Capital markets and institutional lending channels
The ideal candidate is a proven national producer with a portable book of business, deep industry connectivity, and the ability to win enterprise-level accounts within complex lending organizations. This role is designed for a hunter and relationship builder who thrives in a growth-oriented, technology-forward platform.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: National Business DevelopmentOriginate and expand enterprise relationships within your primary channel of focus (centralized refinance, distributed retail, servicing, or institutional lending).
Activate and grow a national book of business aligned with your established network.
Engage executive stakeholders across complex organizational structures.
Enterprise Selling & Revenue LeadershipLead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within your national segment.
Structure enterprise-level pricing and service models.
Build and manage a disciplined national pipeline; consistently exceed revenue targets.
Strategic CollaborationPartner cross-functionally to onboard national accounts and support enterprise positioning.
Provide market intelligence within your channel of expertise.
Required Qualifications Institutional Sales Expertise10+ years of experience selling title, escrow, or settlement services to national lenders, banks, credit unions, servicers, or institutional lending platforms.
Demonstrated success closing enterprise-level agreements across centralized or distributed origination models.
Proven high-level producer with an established national book of business.
Executive & Strategic CapabilitiesStrong executive presence with consultative selling expertise.
Experience navigating C-suite, operations, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
Advanced negotiation and enterprise contract experience.
Technical & Analytical FluencyProficiency in CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred), Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with technology-enabled settlement platforms, digital closing solutions, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows preferred.
Education & TravelBachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent industry experience).
Ability to travel nationally (25–50%).
