Business Development – Outside Sales

Since 1967, Bortek has provided critical cleaning equipment, supplies, and solutions that help commercial and industrial customers maintain clean, safe, and productive environments.

We live by “We Know Clean®”—and we’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative to grow our presence across Central Pennsylvania.

• Develop and grow your territory through new and existing customers
• Sell janitorial supplies, paper products, equipment, and aftermarket parts and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions
• Manage and service an established account base
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience

• Self-motivated and competitive
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and be accountable for results
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Base salary plus commission
• Company vehicle or vehicle allowance
• Exclusive territory with an existing account base
