Kitchen Design Administration – Leesport, PA

Century Kitchens, located in Eastern PA has an immediate Administrative Assistant position available. This role is intended to support the sales/design team, optimizing time and workflow for our builder sales division. • Communicate with builder/construction managers to ensure accuracy of orders
• Assist sales team with customer quotes and requests
• Enter and submit customer sales orders
• Design kitchen and bath layouts for customers using 2020 design program
• Identify and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Stay up to date with product features
• Provide attention to detail in fast paced working environment

• Excellent data entry skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in the kitchen and bathroom design industry a preferred
• Proficient to advanced computer skills
• Prior 2020 3D Design or CAD experience helpful
