The Channel Sales Manager will join Netskope’s team to lead and manage channel sales operations in the Mid‑Atlantic region. This role requires a proven sales leader who can dominate territory, build strong reseller partnerships, and drive revenue growth across multiple sales teams.
Responsibilities- Exceed territory quota.
- Manage all aspects of the VAR relationship.
- Conduct business planning, product and sales training, marketing events, and demand generation.
- Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and sales leadership to grow revenue in each territory by focusing on national and regional resellers.
- Develop and implement a regional business plan with input from Regional Sales Managers.
- Recruit new partners in under‑leveraged regions that can maximize the revenue potential for Netskope solutions.
- Collaborate on a field level with Strategic National VARs.
- Create tools and assist in the development of internal processes to enhance the channel program.
- Coordinate channel enablement activities, SE training, and inside sales organization support.
- Possess in‑depth knowledge of key competitors and demonstrate the ability to articulate Netskope’s advantageous position to end users and partners.
- Manage Deal Registration, Non‑Standard Pricing, Spiff Payments, and Sales process.
- 4+ years of experience working with resellers as a CAM or Account Manager.
- Hunter mentality – ability to engage partner executives and demonstrate the value of Netskope to their business.
- Executive level relationships with key partners in the region.
- Experience working with Netskope strategic partners such as Optiv, Guidepoint, Presidio, AccessIT, and Stratascale/SHI.
- Understanding of the reseller business model and how Netskope fits into it.
- Team player, able to work well with all functional groups within Netskope.
- Track record of success and over‑achievement in previous positions.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
CompensationSalary is part of a competitive total rewards package. The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is $144,000—$227,500 USD. The starting pay will be determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and market conditions. Additional compensation may include bonuses and stock awards, and a comprehensive health plan and other benefits are available.
