FOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week.

FOX 29 Philadelphia is looking for a highly organized, motivated Sales Coordinator to support one of the most successful multimedia sales teams in the country. • Order Management: Enter and revise advertising orders within the Wide Orbit Traffic system while ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Sales Support: Assist Account Executives and Sales Managers with proposals, order entry, reporting, and day‑to‑day account maintenance.
• Client Communication: Communicate with agencies, clients, and national sales representatives regarding scheduling changes, makegoods, and commercial airing information.
• Revenue Operations: Coordinate with Finance on invoicing, discrepancies, collections, and payment tracking.
• Commercial Coordination: Work with Creative Services and Traffic to manage commercial production requests and advertising copy instructions.
• Political Advertising Support: Assist Sales Management with political advertising contracts, FCC compliance documentation, and maintenance of online political files.
• Paid Programming Oversight: Coordinate paid programming schedules and ensure all required materials and approvals are completed accurately.
• Collaborative Execution: Partner with Digital Sales, Traffic, Research, and other internal departments to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
• Administrative Excellence: Maintain organized records, manage multiple deadlines, and support special projects as assigned.

• Education & Experience: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to learn industry‑specific systems including Wide Orbit, AOS, and CRM platforms.
