OPM Business Development Director

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth by identifying new account targets, focusing on mid‑size provider groups, management companies and select non‑acute locations of IDNs.
• Develop and maintain high‑level relationships with key customers, the field sales organization, distribution partners and GPO representatives.
• Target and obtain new business opportunities by leveraging a deep understanding of non‑acute healthcare markets, distribution, GPOs and pricing models.
• Develop and execute new business growth strategies in coordination with region managers, corporate accounts, acute care counterparts and senior sales leadership.
• Prepare and deliver quarterly updates to sales and marketing leadership.
• Create and deliver business reviews and sales presentations to key targets.
• Meet or exceed organizational key performance indicators; sales, targets and quotas by managing account performance and redirecting efforts with sales leadership as needed.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6–8 years of related experience.
• Frequent business travel required.
• Valid driver’s license and passport required.

$155,000 – $175,000 plus incentive compensation.

The role requires frequent sitting, occasional standing and walking, and the occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds. The work environment is an office setting with moderate noise intensity.
