National Sales Manager

Aftermarket Business Development Manager

This position is responsible for developing and executing the growth strategies for Yuasa's Aftermarket business across the Powersports and Automotive distribution and retail channels. Working in close partnership with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, this position will help shape and implement sales strategies that will identify growth opportunities to achieve sales, profitability, and market share objectives while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Travel requirements:
  Approximately 40 percent, including some weekends.

Physical Requirements

• Sitting and standing in intervals of time during working hours
• Operating computers and office equipment
• Walking short distances
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the battery, powersports, automotive aftermarket, or related industry preferred.
• A minimum of five years of sales management experience, preferably within distribution or aftermarket sales.
• Experience managing distributor, dealer, or retail customer relationships is preferred.
