Marketing & Ticket Sales Intern Fall

Job Title

Job Duties:

• Assist in selling full season ticket plans, partial season plans, group tickets, premium/suite experiences, and fundraising tickets
• Receive sales training and work with the Ticket Sales Director to complete a minimum of 30 sales calls per day
• Assist with servicing full/partial season ticket holders and group leaders
• Help create and develop marketing content for Reading Royals social media channels
• Assist with social media and content creation ideas, including short-form content for Tik Tok and Instagram
• Assist with building marketing emails and promotional text messages through Vozzi
• Help develop promotional and marketing campaigns designed to drive ticket sales and fan engagement
• Provide customer service to fans on game nights while assisting with game operations
• Gain a working knowledge of Ticketmaster and Monday CRM
• Assist with database collection, input, and management within the CRM system
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Ticket Sales Director

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Internship requiring college credit
• Interest in the sports, marketing, and/or sales industries
• Enrolled in a Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or related college degree program
