Data Science Manager
The Overnight Security Supervisor at Nemacolin is responsible for:
Following broadly based directions, training and developing subordinate Security Department personnel, implementing Department Management directive, supervising Security Department personnel, reading and analyzing a wide variety of instructional and training information, interacting and communicating with people representing a wide variety of units and organizations, conducting disciplinary and counseling sessions when necessary, developing department schedules, ensuring operational status, and conducting weekly random checks of alarm systems.
FUNCTIONS
- Supervise activities of various security personnel
- Oversee emergency procedures.
- Supervise the protection of all Nemacolin assets.
- Conduct company related investigations and surveillance.
- Advise on course of action on security and safety concerns.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge in regard to current security laws and policies
- Issue disciplinary actions when appropriate
- Maintain and log records of artwork and alarm system.
- Other Job duties assigned.
- High School Graduate.
- PA Act 235 certification preferred, not required.
- Supervisory Experience preferred.
- At least 1 years’ experience working on a resort required.
- Able to work various shifts, including flex shift/float position.
- Must possess excellent leadership skills and be able to make sound decisions,
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Must be able to speak and write English.
- Must possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license.
- Must be able to speak English.
