Security Officer Reception Desk Associate in Malvern, PA – Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Fridays and Saturdays, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, screening and visitor management practices, and supporting access control for a healthcare location.
• Greet patients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner, verify identification and/or credentials, and direct individuals according to front desk protocols.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Monitor entrances, reception areas, and security-related systems from a stationary post to deter unauthorized access and support a courteous, orderly environment.
• Complete required logs, reports, and notifications related to visitors, deliveries, incidents, and other front desk activity in accordance with Allied Universal and site guidelines.

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
