Security Officer

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Armed Security Officer to protect government sites in Irvine, CA. In this role, you will control access, monitor CCTV and alarms, conduct patrols, and respond to incidents while maintaining high visibility and professionalism. Responsibilities include enforcing client and government regulations, verifying IDs, writing incident reports, and coordinating with law enforcement when needed. Responsibilities

• Provide armed security services at designated government facilities while maintaining high visibility and professionalism
• Control access by verifying identification, screening visitors, and monitoring entries and exits per site procedures
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols to detect and deter suspicious activity or safety hazards
• Monitor security systems, cameras, and alarms, and respond promptly to incidents or emergencies
• Write clear, accurate incident and activity reports and maintain required security logs
• Enforce client, company, and government regulations, policies, and post orders consistently
• Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and site management during incidents
• Participate in regular firearms, use-of-force, and security training to maintain required qualifications
