** Customer Service Experience (B219):*
* + Proven experience in customer service roles is essential.

** How This Role Works:*

** Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
** You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

** Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
** In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific screening procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

+ Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and deliveries in accordance with established access-control and security-related procedures.

+ Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and shipping documentation, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, distribution operations, parking areas, and the facility perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

* + Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ X-ray screening experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
